UNITE appoints Bray Leino as lead marketing agency

UNITE, developer and operator of purpose-built student accommodation, has announced its appointment of Bray Leino as its lead marketing agency.

Appointed following a four way pitch, the win will see Bray Leino work to strengthen UNITE’s brand identity.

Billy Smith, UNITE’s sales and marketing director, said: “We were impressed with Bray Leino’s insight and strategy and their creative ideas were exceptional. We very much look forward to working in partnership with them to ensure we remain at the forefront of the student accommodation offer in UK.”

The agency will also be expected to create a number of campaigns to drive sales of UNITE student accommodation.
