McCarthy & Stone appoints Carat to £2.5m planning account

Retirement home developer McCarthy & Stone has announced the appointment of Carat to its £2.5m planning account.

The regional and national account was won following a three way pitch between Carat, MPG and the incumbent Space and Time.

Sam Turner, marketing director at the McCarthy & Stone Group, said: “As we grow our business with the recent launch of financial and legal services alongside our property business, it is important that we have the right media strategy as we go forward. Carat understand our media requirements and objectives and we look forward to working with them as we drive forward our ambitious plans for the business.”
