Creative production company Hangar Seven has acquired boutique digital agency Doco London.

The deal, which was completed at the end of last week, will see the two companies merge their operations, with Doco moving to Hangar Seven’s offices at Silicon Roundabout.

Jens Bachem, CEO of Doco London, commented: “Teaming up with Hangar Seven is the right thing to do for our people and our clients. They are a young, rapidly growing business that is keen to challenge convention. Their culture is a great fit with ours. We both have great clients and we share a common approach to delivering inspiring ideas.

“The Doco team have always been innovators and we look forward to continuing this tradition with our new partners.”

Nick Aldrich, managing director of Hangar Seven, said: “Hangar Seven has been steadily growing its digital capabilities to support its position as one of the leading producers of online content for retail and consumer brands. Combining the Doco team’s skill-set, resources and experience with our offer means that both companies’ clients will receive an improved service.”
