Cineworld has updated its website with the aim of helping to make the customer experience easier.
Developed in collaboration with We Are Experience, Can Factory and Test Partners, the site looks to help personalise the experience for users, including remembering recent bookings, as well as being integrated with social media platforms.
Regan Andrew, head of ecommerce at Cineworld, said: “We are delighted to be unveiling the new Cineworld website to film fans nationwide today. We want our customers to have the very best experience with Cineworld when they visit our new engaging website.”
The new website will also allow those with Cineworld Unlimited cards to book online for the first time.
