James Bond refreshes global Heineken campaign

Heineken, the premium beer brand, has unveiled a new TV and digital campaign, in anticipation of the release of the 23rd James Bond adventure, SKYFALL, starring Daniel Craig and Berenice Marlohe.

Rolling out worldwide on 20 September, the ‘Crack the Case’ campaign will launch on multiple platforms, through a combination of a new 60-second commercial (for TV and online) with a personalised interactive experience.

The campaign takes viewers into a moving train somewhere deep in snow-covered mountains, providing them with the opportunity to be a secret agent themselves. Following on from the TV commercial, the interactive elements sees Bond actress Bérénice Marlohe invite viewers to help her crack a mysterious case and outwit the menacing villains.

The ‘Crack the Case’ campaign was created by advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam.
