HROC designers push creativity with etc magazine project

Designers at Birmingham based HROC Design have created etc, a new magazine project which allows them to push the boundaries of their creativity.

The beautifully crafted A3 magazine will be produced quarterly and distributed regionally, nationally and internationally, and the launch edition explores the theme of icons, with the designers putting a spin on their favourite iconic images.

Paper and board manufacturer Fedrigoni has been so impressed by the first edition that it has sponsored the second edition, which senior designer Chris Marshall described as "a real coup".

“In a digital age, the support of Fedrigoni demonstrates that there remains considerable demand for well crafted, hard copy design that is difficult to beat when it comes to creating visual impact and a tactile experience within a publication such as etc” he added.

Fedrigoni has also selected one of the spreads to be printed as a limited edition B1 sized poster to send to specially selected clients.
