French mag Closer publishes topless photos of Kate Middleton
A French magazine has published a series of blurry images of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, whilst sunbathing topless at a French chateau.
The snaps were taken illicitly by a French paparazzi with a long lens camera last week, but clearly depict both Kate and her husband, Prince William.
The content forms part of a four page spread which includes multiple shots of Kate in a state of undress and is likely to prove highly embarrassing for the couple, not least because it comes just weeks after Prince Harry was caught in a similar predicament.
A palace spokesperson said the couple were ‘saddened and disappointed’ by the Palace’s decision which they say is a breach of their privacy.
William and Kate are both currently continuing a nine day tour of Asia as part of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
British newspapers have been offered the material but have refused.
