Viral seeding company Viral Ad Network has released an app that allows marketers to promote their own YouTube videos.

The self-service viral seeding app has been developed in a bit to empower content makers to seed their videos themselves, offering social video unit customisation, allowing users to create their own custom video player for YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.

Interest targeting and Geo-targeting are also available by country.
