Brand experience agency BEcause has announced the appointment of Cat Orriss as creative director.

Former creative group head at RPM, Orriss replaces BEcause’s former creative director Natasha Blevins, who has chosen to go freelance but will continue to work for the agency on an ad-hoc basis.

Sharon Richey, CEO at BEcause, said: “Cat will play a key role in continuing to drive our creative offering forward. Our work now spans a host of integrated marketing channels, and the demand for highly original, multi-dimensional brand experiences has never been greater. Cat’s media-neutral outlook and proven creative flair will be a great asset to our team.”

The appointment comes as BEcause opens a new head office near the Ascot racecourse.

Orriss added: “This is an exciting time to be joining BEcause. I’m delighted to be part of the ambitious and lively team and I’m relishing the chance to produce some fresh creative solutions for both existing clients and future business prospects.”
