Wales’ first national campaign on mental health discrimination has been launched with the aim of reducing the stigma associated with mental health problems. Gofal, Hafal and Mind Cymru, three leading mental health charities, have partnered along with Cardiff-based media agency Zeffa to support ‘Time to Change Wales’.

Having won a competitive pitch for the campaign, Zeffa became responsible for managing the media planning and buying to ensure maximum exposure in Wales. The project is being further supported with funding from the Big Lottery Fund Cymru, Comic Relief and the Welsh Government.

Zeffa's managing director, James Robinson, has said: "We're delighted to have been given the chance to work with Time to Change Wales. Challenging mental health discrimination is an incredibly worthwhile cause, one that we fully support ourselves, so we can't wait to help get the message out there through this multi-format campaign."
