Automotive brand Jaguar has signed as the third partner of David Lloyd Leisure (DLL) as part of its brand partnership programme.

The partnership, negotiated by PHAR Partnerships, is the third agreed with DLL and will see Jaguar become the central partner of sponsor of the junior and adult tennis programme, with a number of events being held at selected clubs.

Other companies who have partnered up with DLL over the last 18 months include Yakult, which came on board earlier this year as sponsor of the ‘Lose and Shape Up’ course, and Zoggs, which is now the official swimming partner, and sees them provide uniforms for the coaches, lifeguards and consumables across over 100 DLL pools for the next three years.

PHAR Partnerships also revealed to The Drum that it expects to announce two or three further high profile partnerships with DLL in the coming months.

“DLL is committed to working with like-minded premium brands that can engage with our members throughout the year. Not only do these partnerships provide ancillary revenue streams, they also benefit our members and give them all the more reason to stay with us. The work of PHAR is very important in not only approaching the market, but working with us to create packages that are relevant to brands,” commented DLL head of marketing Julie Porter.
