Former Amstrad Italy CFO joins board of Alienation

Digital agency Alienation appoints former Amstrad Italy CFO Roger Mitchell to its board as the agency grows staff numbers across UK and US.

The TMT business advisor, Mitchell, has been brought in by the agency after its broke the £1 million turnover market for the first time earlier this year, growing its staff numbers from 10 to 25 in the last two years.

Based in Italy, Mitchell will tasked with to helping the company build on its current growth.

Also central to its business growth is the opening of Alienation8, a new trademarked digital strategy and execution offer, which is a strategic eight-step process to offer clients tailored results.

The eight steps are: business review; customer analysis; digital strategy; content; channel selection; specification; execution; measurability and iteration.

Meanwhile, senior developer and head of innovation Hadrien Jouet is travelling the world while continuing to work remotely full-time, including a six-month stint working in San Francisco’s Silicon Valley.

Managing director Neil Barr, commented; “By attracting Roger Mitchell to our board, enabling Hadrien to benefit from the San Francisco experience and continuing to recruit the top talent available, I believe we are making a very strong statement about our future.
