News International set to raise prices of The Sun and The Sunday Times from next week
The cover prices of the Sun and the Sunday Times are to increase from next month, News International has announced.
The weekday version of The Sun will rise nationwide from Monday 2 July to 40p per issue, with retailers receiving an extra 2.32p per copy, while the Sunday Times will now cost up to £2.50 per copy from Sunday 8 July. This rise will see retailers receive an extra 80p per copy.
