St Ives plc has repositioned itself with the launch of a new website created with the help of digital agency tictoc.

St Ives appointed tictoc when they were in the midst of a brand repositioning project, traditionally seen as manufacturers in the printing industry St Ives wished to change this and position itself as a UK leading marketing services provider.

To do this a new online digital strategy was required, including the online presence of each of the Group’s twelve divisions and portal site for the Group as a whole. A key requirement was to ensure the site had a visitor-centred approach allowing users to quickly locate relevant information.

Through defining the site architecture, content and functionality which would drive the technical specifications tictoc were able to tailor their content management system to St Ives needs.

Tictoc were also required to increase sales through the site whilst also improving cross and upselling opportunities between divisions. St Ives also looked for their new site to increase online conversions; enquiries and data capture which has been incorporated across the new website.

Scott Logie, strategic marketing director, St Ives, commented, “The new site has been instrumental in helping us communicate the new direction of the St Ives Group. In helping us get the website up and running in a very short period of time, tictoc have proved to be a very adaptable partner.”

Following completion of the Group site, tictoc will now look to implement the templates across the division; all will be managed through a centralised CMS allowing the Group companies to share functionality and assets.
