Customer experience assessment company Investor in Customers (IIC) has unveiled its new brand identity, created by Mr B & Friends.
As part of the overhaul, a new brand positioning was unveiled: Be Remarkable.
Simon Barbato, Mr B & Friends managing director, said: “We have worked with IIC for nearly six years directly and indirectly and we have always said that if any brand owner or service provider wants to promote customer loyalty, then a conversation with IIC is a must.
“Our root and branch review left very little of the old brand. The new identity cleverly plays on the IIC monogram and what IIC are trying to achieve for their clients: happy customers. But, what makes the brand stand out so much is its boldness and modernity in concept, colour, typography and engaging imagery. Our design team led by Laura Jervis have done a wonderful job!”
The new brand has been rolled out to stationery, literature, website, launch campaign and conference materials, with a UK wide marketing and CRM campaign to launch next month.
Neil Craig, managing director of IIC, added: “The new IIC brand represents a huge step-change for our organisation. We have had a remarkable year: doubling our revenues, introducing two new service propositions in Net Promoter Programmes and IIC Training, and significantly strengthening our management team and operational resource.”
