Gambling site Maria.com is set to launch with a direct response TV campaign by WFCA.
Part of the Swedish owned Unibet group, the website is expected to launch either this or next month, with WFCA’s ads to air from September.
The ads will aim to set the site apart from Vegas-style brands, and aims to use humour and social media to build engagement with its core audience.
Greg Phitidis, creative director at WFCA, said: “It’s always great to be involved in a new brand launch because you get to interrupt people’s expectations of a category. The creative for Maria.com was conceived to do just that. We can’t wait to shoot it.”
