Chime CEO Satterthwaite extends share holding following disposal of BPP Communications

Following the £19.6m disposal of the Bell Pottinger Business, agreed yesterday, chief executive officer of Chime Communications Christopher Satterthwaite has extended his shareholding in the company.

Yesterday, the deal was agreed to dispose of BPP Communications to Lord Bell and Piers Pottinger as Chime continued its move towards becoming a sports marketing business.

Satterthwaite has since purchased 63,000 ordinary shares at 25 pence each of the company, at £157.8 pence per share.

As a result, he now owns 338,328 shares, representing 0.41% of the company.
