Mosiac Printing Management (Mosaic PM) has acquired former Involve Marketing Partnership agencies DMS and {united}.

The acquisition by Mosaic PM founders Tony Gull and Steve Smith, which the agency has said has taken place with no bank intervention, will see the agencies remain independent and retail their management teams, with Mosaic PM growing to a stuff number of 100.

Tony Gill, CEO of Mosaic PM, commented:“We are entrepreneurs at heart and enjoy the challenge of building and leading teams of talented people to drive growth through strong thinking, creativity and customer delivery – something these two agencies already excel at. This acquisition will complement both agencies’ offerings, giving current and prospective clients a complete integrated marketing service, from planning to execution. We are in this for the long term and look forward to making the agencies an even greater success.”

Elly Woolston, founding partner of {united}, added: “As someone who has built my own business from scratch in the past, I resonate with the new owners’ ethos and sentiment. Both are passionate entrepreneurs with the business acumen to help make DMS and {united} an even bigger success. The fact that they are financially secure will give clients great peace of mind and security, and I look forward to us working closely together to go from strength to strength.”

MD of DMS, Nick Pride, also said: “The support from our clients, staff and supplier partners in recent weeks has been fantastic. We are delighted to have found new owners who see the potential for DMS and {united} and who will work with us to deliver it. We are looking forward to making the most of an exciting future.”
