Concerts, cakes and bunting makes up majority of Jubilee searches

The British public is mainly looking for tickets for concerts (24%), cakes (17%) and bunting (14%) in terms of the Jubilee, Experian Hitwise has found.

It was discovered that Amazon UK received 20% of the traffic for those searching for Jubilee bunting, and that more than 65,000 unique search term variations containing the word ‘Jubilee’ have been typed into search engines over the last 12 weeks.

The research also showed that of the visitors to the official Jubilee website, 30% were Londoners, while Scots were 47% less likely than the average web user to visit the website.
