Euro RSCG brought in by DFS as regional PR agency

Furniture retailer DFS has appointed Euro RSCG as its retained PR agency.

The appointment follows a number of projects being undertaken by the agency on a consultancy basis for the client, and will see if provide regional PR support as a result and will see the agency work alongside Surname & Surname, DFS’ national consumer PR agency.

Julie McGuckian, director of Euro RSCG will lead the account, supported by account director Claire Boyd, consultant Victoria Wood and social consultant Alex Duckett.

Patrick Milne, campaign marketing manager at DFS, said: “Euro RSCG has already proved they are the right partner to provide us with on the ground support across our growing retail operations. They have unrivalled experience in retail and we're delighted to be working with them.”

Julie McGuckian added: "We're absolutely thrilled to have been appointed by one of the biggest brand names in the UK. It is an incredibly exciting time for DFS so we're proud to be representing them at a regional level."

Euro RSCG in manager has also recently picked up PR contracts with Thomas Cook and Hobbycraft.
