Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has appointed TBWA\Worldwide to handle its global advertising and CRM.

After winning the three way pitch against M&C Saatchi and Y&R in a review process handled by AAR, TBWA\Worldwide will focus on the global brand as well as local marketing and any new projects.

It has been suggested that Four Seasons is looking for a media agency to work with TBWA.
