Weetabix is launching a special edition ‘Fuel Britannia’ pack, designed by Springetts Brand Design Consultants.
The limited edition will run from May to July 2012, and sees the brand’s logo replaced by a ‘Fuel Britannia’ logo, inspired by the brand’s British heritage.
The packaging design reintroduces the Royal Warrant from the Queen in time for the Diamond Jubilee.
The bunting which features on the pack will also appear on Weetabix Chocolate and Weetabix Minis packs.
Hannah Blackburn, Weetabix senior brand manager, said: “Weetabix is very proud of its British heritage, having produced the brand in Northamptonshire for 80 years. We think our Fuel Britannia packs will be a great way to boost this summer’s festive feeling for all the family, starting at the breakfast table.”
