PR agency Mason Williams has been briefed to make Sweet Mandarin Sauces a household name.

It will run a national consumer and trade campaign to promote the dipping sauces, which have been created by the family behind the Sweet Mandarin Chinese restaurant in Manchester.

Mason Williams worked with the Tse family to launch the restaurant in 2004 and it has since gone on to achieve national acclaim after being named Best Local Chinese Restaurant on Gordon Ramsay's F Word.

Mason Williams account director Rebecca Barnes said: “It is fantastic to be working with the Tse family again. As big fans of the Sweet Mandarin brand, we are looking forward to giving this range the successful high impact launch it deserves."
