Production platform Mundocom UK has merged with digital production agency Publicis Chemistry Nottingham.

The merger will see Nottingham Chemistry adopt the Mondocom name, while a dedicated digital off shore team in Mauritius will be tasked with front end development.

Matt Hebden, managing director at Mundocom UK, said "Mundocom UK currently offers a range of production services whilst digital production is a growing element of our service offering. Publicis Chemistry Nottingham has earned a well-deserved reputation as a leader in creating digitally-powered marketing materials. Together we will provide clients with compelling campaigns that tell their story through a broad range of vehicles, including sophisticated digital platforms that are able to quickly adapt to market trends. We look forward to putting our combined strengths to work for existing and new clients."

Publicis Chemistry Nottingham was acquired by the Chemistry Group in 2005, and will continued to be headed up by Morgan Cox, who will report to Hebden.

Cox said "Mundocom UK is the right partner with the right offerings and ambition to complement our strengths and provide significant opportunity for the continuing development and growth of our services. Its global footprint, together with its focus on “Brand Logistics”, and our strengths in digital production, will combine to provide deeper services for our clients and greater opportunities for our staff. This relationship is truly a win-win for both organisations.”
