Big wins I-Smart integrated account
Claims management company I-Smart Consumer Solutions has appointed Big following a five-way pitch.
Big's work will span advertising, DM, digital and PR. The aim is to create "a more clearly defined and rounded proposition to consumers" about what I-Smart offers.
Paul Fakley, marketing director at I-Smart, said: "We needed to find a strategic, full service agency, with financial services heritage and a sound understanding of retail."
The pitch was brokered by Creative Brief. Carat will handle media buying.
