The website to promote Fife as a place to live, work, visit and invest, has been relaunched.

The relaunch of the Welcome to Fife website, designed by BinaryFold4, includes a new look for information placed on the portal, ranging across the themes of live, work, study, visit and invest, aimed at becoming a focal point for audiences, stakeholders, ambassadors and advocates for the area.

The site will also aim to complement other websites within Fife, such as the Fife Economy Partnership, Fife Direct, Invest in Fife, Opportunities Fife and Green Business Fife.

New and event sections, alongside an image gallery will also aim to keep users up-to-date with developments within the region.

Chris Parr, chair of the Fife Economy Partnership, commented: “The updated website is an important stage in the Promoting Fife initiative. Fife's economic survival and growth depends on attracting private sector jobs to the area and the website redevelopment is integral to the work the Promoting Fife team are doing to raise awareness of Fife.”

“Our investment in redeveloping www.welcometofife.com will help Fife become more economically competitive. The site provides a fast and accessible platform for promotional activities and opens up digital media opportunities, which other regions have, to attract customers and investors. We now have a lively and dynamic site presenting Fife as modern, pioneering and innovative, and which connects us with our audiences," added Parr.
