British Gas unveils ‘Free Swims for Britain’ campaign with Pepper

British Gas is set to launch a ‘Free Swims for Britain’ campaign tomorrow, with the public being able to claim a free swim or swimming lesson in return for pledging support to the British swim team.

Created by Pepper, the campaign is not only aimed at British Gas customers, and incorporates social media, direct and email marketing and promotional materials for participating swimming pools.

Andy Bolter, creative director at Pepper, said: “The new communications campaign is designed to help Britain achieve more in the water by encouraging adults and children alike to take to the water.

“We’ve worked with British Gas for three years and have enjoyed the challenge of creating a campaign that will inspire consumers to take on an essential life skill - swimming.”
