We all know how useful Photoshop is and now this Target ad seems to suggest that it even lets Dad give Mum an extra hand with the kids.

Spot the little helper

The Target ad shows a happy family wearing some lovely fleece tops and track pants. But there's a little extra in the picture... and it's touching mum's hair.

Huffpo thought it might make you a bit uncomfortable : "Don't you hate when random limbs start sprouting up on your upper body? Us, too!"

Seems as no one at Target proofed the number of limbs on its models before approving the ad.

Adweek got in on the act too: Under the headline "A Dad who really wants to lend a hand" the mag says, "The best part is the wife's faceā€”it's like she knows! And she doesn't know whether to hightail it out of there or not!"

Huffily, Target insists that the ad is in a circular is from Target Australia - which is not affiliated with them.

We always knew things were different Down Under.
