Based in Mountain View, California, the advert explains that Google is looking for a product designer or illustrator with a sense of humour and a love for history and 'imaginative artistry'.

Responsibilities will include drawing or designing homepage doodles featuring the google logo, managing collaborative projects and pitches and designing both digital and traditional styles.
