Air New Zealand unveils scheme where fans receive £50 for every social media post that leads to a booking

Air New Zealand has unveiled a new scheme, entitled ‘Share and Earn’, with every customer who signs up for the trial receiving £50 if a tweet, Facebook post, email or blog they write which directly results in a Premium Economy booking for the airline up until 16 May.

Launched in partnership with marketing agency Digital Animal, the campaign forms part of the Premium Enjoyment ad campaign created by Albion London.

Chris Myers, Air New Zealand’s general manager for Europe, said: “Since we introduced the new Premium Economy on the London route our customers have been sharing some great experiences with us. This is a great chance for them to now be rewarded for telling their friends and family about it.”
