Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre has appointed North Star Advertising to handle its media account, thought to be worth £300,000.

The win follows a three way pitch with incumbent agency Carat Edinburgh and Media Vision.

Neil Harrison, marketing manager at ESPC, said: “We have been reviewing all areas of our marketing, and in terms of media buying, we really liked the approach to planning, ideas and service level that the team at North Star were offering. As a regional business competing against national rivals we need to make sure our marketing budget works as hard as possible to keep our name out there so that when a homeowner decides to sell their property, their next thought is ESPC. We unanimously felt North Star were best placed to help us achieve this objective.”

Nick Stewart, North Star MD, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to the ESPC business, especially given the competitive nature of the pitch. It’s a unique client to have, and I think our appointment not only reinforces our strong planning credentials, but also demonstrates that we can offer clients real added value through our general approach to the business. It’s a really good fit and we’re looking forward to the challenges ahead.”
