Transport for London has launched a new poster and online campaign to remind teenagers to take care on the roads.

The provocative posters, created by M&C Saatchi and displayed at roadsides around the capital, show young people lying stricken because they had been distracted when they should have been paying attention to the traffic.

Carrie Hindmarsh, CEO of M&C Saatchi, said: “Stop. Think. Live is a brutally simple way of communicating with teenagers – in three words it shows them how to improve their road safety – stop and think, and the fantastic consequences if they do – they’ll live.”

Along with the posters, M&C created the 'Stop.Think.Win.' game which challenges players to navigate themselves and their friends safely through London's roads to attend an open air gig.

They must pick up friends along the way and cope with text messages, music and shopping interruptions

The game is being supported by media partners MTV/Nick/OCC, WE7, Silence, Stardoll and Roblox, YouTube, Unruly, Facebook, Live, Habbo and Swapit, Spil Game and Miniclip
