The Tunisian National Tourist Office is launching a new advertising campaign which it hopes will attract more UK visitors to the Mediterranean country.

The tourist board has launched the 'more to celebrate' campaign as it looks to entice visitors back to the country in the wake of the Jasmin Revolution.

“We all know tourism in Tunisia took a hit following the Jasmin Revolution, but British visitors have been quick to return and the UK is now our third most important market,” said Wahida Jaiet, Tunisia's tourism director for the UK and Ireland.

The campaign has been created by London ad agency Fox Kalomaski Crossing, and will run from 2 April on bus sides across the UK.

National rail, print and online media activity will run throughout April, May and June.
