The Mission Marketing Group has today announced an increase in turnover from £90.3m to £116m - a 28% year-on-year growth in revenue.

The agency announced £4.1m in new business, with headline profit before tax increasing by 50% to £4.2m.

David Morgan, group chairman, said: “I think our teams should be warmly congratulated for delivering a stellar performance in 2011 against a very uncertain Market and financial back drop.

“We have also had a sound start to this year and I feel confident that through controlled growth we will have a decent year ahead of us and will go into 2013 in even better shape as a business.

“Our focus for 2012 will be to continue operating as one business where our Clients who require that depth of support can get access to cross-agency expertise and also to create new offerings wherever we see a strategic need or a business enhancing opportunity.

“I truly believe that we have the talent in our exceptional and experienced people, a robust structure which is beneficial to our Clients, and the passion in place to take further our commitment to being the most respected and regarded Agency group in the UK. We aim to build on this momentum in 2012 and I think it is safe to say we are looking at an exciting year ahead, if not quite a lollapalooza.”
