‘Print is not dead’, Ink insists with spoken-word poem video by David Bowden
Inflight magazine publisher Ink has unveiled a spoken-word poem, created by David Bowden, on how print is not dead.
The video, named ‘The Journey’, highlights the fact that people still love to read magazines and that they still have a huge role to play in the overall media landscape.
Ink approached the poet, telling him what it does, which led to the creation of the project.
James Harrison, group marketing and communications director at Ink, told The Drum: “At Ink, we are really proud of it and think that it delivers a very strong message that print is not dead, in fact far from it. People are still passionate about magazines, books and newspapers and still rely heavily on them – just as they have come to rely on their laptops, iPads and mobile phones.”
