Mood Media completes $86.1m acquisition of DMX Holdings

In-store media company Mood Media has completed the acquisition of DMX Holdings for $86.1m.

The deal sees the Toronto headquartered company acquire multi-sensory branding company DMX, with an equity value of $53.8m.

DMX offers services across 100,000 locations, with music, video and digital signage used, as well as scent and audio/visual systems to personify and enhance brand experience and connection.

The company recorded revenue of $84.6m before tax last year.
