NSPCC appoints director of fundraising to handle brand activity

NSPCC has appointed Mike Parker as director of fundraising.

The ex-Channel 4 head of strategic sales and commercial marketing, who joins the NSPCC this week, will lead the consumer-facing brand activity and fundraising operation for the children’s charity.

Before his nineteen and a half years at Channel 4, he worked as sales group head at London Weekend Television for eight years.

Parker replaces Paul Amadi, who left NSPCC to become head of fundraising at Diabetes UK.
