Quinn takes on new business role at Kernel

Kernel UK has appointed Paul Quinn as business development manager to spearhead its continued new business growth.

Originally from New Zealand, Quinn has worked in senior sales and marketing roles, both client and agency side for the last 15 years in both London and the North. With a background in branding, promotion, trade and retail marketing, Quinn has experience in managing UK, pan-European and global campaigns for blue-chip clients including Gillette, Braun, HTC, Sony Ericsson, McArthur Glen and Radox.

Speaking of the appointment Kernel’s managing director, Paul Iddon, said: “Paul’s appointment is a key part of our growth plans in Manchester and builds on our solid background in servicing global and UK FMCG and B2B clients.”

Iddon is also set to address key food manufacturers including Arla Foods, Mars, Tulip, PepsiCo, Innocent and Dansk Supermarked at a seminar taking place at the agency’s Copenhagen offices.

Iddon has 15 years experience working on both UK and Global brands and regularly presents industry seminars both home and abroad. His experience spans consumer and retail brands. Kernel UK is currently working with major brands in the Middle East, including Puck – a major dairy brand across 16 Arabic speaking countries.
