PizzaExpress celebrates appointment of Valentine Warner as guest chef with virtual chef’s table
PizzaExpress has announced the appointment of TV cook and food writer Valentine Warner as the latest guest chef, with pizzas to be available for a limited time from 24 April.
The range will be a fennel and salami pizza and a Puttanesca pizza.
He said: “I’ve been going to PizzaExpress all my life and even worked there as a waiter during my student days. I’m really proud of the two pizzas we’ve created and am excited to see them on the menu of my favourite pizza place.”
To celebrate the appointment, PizzaExpress has unveiled a virtual chef’s table, with users able to watch Warner talking about his new pizzas and see him make them.
