The IPA has today launched its Connected UK Initiative, a joint venture between several creative industry trade bodies which aims to foster collaboration as the worlds of tv, games, web and advertising converge.

This will involve a series of four events held in May and June which will outline opportunities for production companies, agencies, digital companies and games makers.

These are being backed by UKIE, PACT and BIMA and will introduce audiences to the latest thinking and experiences regarding content, audiences, platforms and investment.

Nicola Mendelsohn, IPA President, Executive Chairman and Partner, Karmarama said: “Connected UK will provide a fertile feeding ground for our creative industries to share ideas, inspiration and insights in order to build on one another’s skills and connections, and collectively to strengthen our UK position as a creative innovation hub to the world.”
