Feature film company Blue Hippo Media and Proper Music Publishing Ltd are looking to raise at least $5000 for the post-production of 60 minute documentary Last Shop Standing, looking at how the number of music stores are dwindling.

The project is based on the book of the same name by Graham Jones, and is expected to be released during the summer.

Featuring people such as Fat Boy Slim and Billy Bragg, the documentary makers are asking the public to help, and are offering perks from a signed DVD to getting your name as executive producer on the screen and tickets to the premiere.

So far, $3,328 has been raised, with the deadline set as the end of April.
