Following a year of growth in 2011, London and Leeds search marketing agency Epiphany has put in place an operations board, while managing director Rob Shaw will become CEO and co-founders Shane Quigley and Robin Skidmore will take on non-executive director positions.

The restructure will see the creation of the Operations Board (see gallery) made up of seven senior members of the team; Andy Heaps - operations director, Abi Liddle - client services director, Gareth Battersby - creative director, Michael Maslona - sales director, Ryan Scaife - finance manager, Tom Salmon - marketing director and Jim Whitaker - finance director.

The move follows recent client appointments from global real estate services provider Savills, book seller Waterstones and luxury hotel group Kempinski.

Meanwhile, all 86 members of staff at the agency will be issued share options.

“This marks a new chapter for Epiphany. Constant innovation means that we’ve grown quickly into one of the biggest search marketing agencies in the UK, our people and culture are central to that success and we are rewarding their hard work by giving them a financial stake in the company,” commented Shaw.

The agency has also revealed to The Drum that it expects to grow beyond 100 members of staff by the Summer.

Epiphany has also this week launched a new website.
