Manchester City will take advantage of Twitter's new enhanced profile pages to stream a live Q&A with former player Patrick Vieira on its Twitter page this weekend.

The World Cup winner, now City's 'football development executive', will field questions direct from his Twitter followers after the final whistle of City's clash with Bolton this Saturday.

Fans can ask questions by tweeting their requests to @OfficialVieira or @MCFC, using the hashtag #askpatrick. They can also post questions on Vieira's Facebook page, www.facebook.com/officialvieira

French legend Vieira said: “I’m new to Twitter but have had a fantastic reception from all the fans so far and I’m really excited about this opportunity to talk to them directly.

"In the interview I'll be open to answering any kind of questions and will give honest and truthful answers. This is a great chance for people to ask the questions they wouldn’t normally get to pose.”

The Q&A will be hosted from City Square, the club's fanzone outside its Etihad Stadium.

It starts at 5.05pm and will also be streamed on City's official website, Facebook and YouTube channels, Vieira's Facebook page and ESPN's football website.
