Virgin Media hands direct response task to Rapp

Virgin Media has appointed Rapp to handle its direct response acquisition business.

Rapp has managed Virgin Media’s direct customer marketing since 2010 and will now expand its remit to include direct response acquisition activity across all channels including digital, radio and TV.

Michael Payne, director of customer insights at Virgin Media, said: "Working alongside our integrated internal structure, the Customer Marketing Organisation, Rapp will help us manage and coordinate our customer, direct marketing and response communications.”

Rapp will work alongside Virgin Media's ad agency BBH.
