Browser has won a three-year contract to redesign and support the Passenger Focus website after being shortlisted from a roster of 31 agencies.

Passenger Focus is the independent public body set up by the government to protect the interests of passengers.

Browser's brief includes working on web and mobile sites and tablet versions.

Anthony Smith, chief executive at Passenger Focus, said: "We want to ensure the new site is easy to use and useful - used by passengers and industry alike to inform and drive change.

"Opening up our valuable data vault, making our complaints work more visible and helping passengers and others easily understand and follow what we are doing will help transform Passenger Focus."
