Green Door looks to Delineo for new brand, website and improved search results

Debt recovery business Green Door has appointed Manchester-based marketing agency Delineo to help them to improve their lead generation.

Green Door is a payment by results commercial debt recovery business and has looked to Delineo to deliver a new brand identity for the company and also to create a new website and work on improving their search marketing results.

The marketplace for commercial debt recovery services is highly competitive with numerous organisations using conventional images and jargon such as ‘no recovery, no fee' creating an air of scepticism and negativity.

Given the nature of this market, the brief was to come up with a distinctive and compelling brand identity that would stand out in the marketplace in order to capture the attention of its target audience, as well highlighting the true benefits to the customer. The rationale for the new look was to take the company’s fresh and honest approach to debt recovery and bring it to life in a welcoming and approachable way. The ‘door’ provided the perfect device to invite customers in to this new way of dealing with commercial debt recovery: ‘We never ask for any money up front. You only pay us when we recover your money.’

A personal touch came with the colours used in the new branding, as Green Door’s sister company has a green coloured door at the front of its office. This provided a natural link between the solicitors and the debt recovery company and enabled Delineo’s creative advertising team to set the tone for the entire branding.

The new website for the ‘payment by results’ debt recovery service reflects the new brand and the proposition for the business.
