Tokyo Digital has today announced the appointment of Nat Hunter, founder of Airside, as director.

Hunter, who will join in March, said: "Tokyo Digital is at a pivotal point where it has laid strong foundations and created a great reputation for itself. I'm really excited about joining this super talented team and working on some ground-breaking projects."

In her new role, she will assist in the development of internal strategy as well as helping with key client projects.

Aaron Bimpson, managing director, said: "Having worked alongside Nat and Airside over the past year, we're really excited about welcoming her to the team. Nat shares our vision for creating innovative digital projects with strategy at their core and brings with her a breadth of experience spanning an outstanding body of work.

“Over the past eighteen months, Tokyo has come a long way... projects have gotten bigger and more involved, and clients understandably more demanding as a result. Bringing Nat on board has been a big step in taking Tokyo from an agency creating nice wee digital campaigns, to a serious player in the new and emerging platforms arena."
