Simon Lawrence, founder and CEO of Information Arts, has stepped down after 13 years with the business.

The agency, which provides B2B data and analysis to clients across the UK, Europe and USA, leaves less than two years after Information Arts was acquired by Harte-Hanks.

He remained with the company following its buy-out in September 2010, working on succession planning, but will now look to pursue other opportunities and business agency investments.

“I am extremely proud of how far Information Arts has come – I set out to create a gold standard for B2B data services and I believe that Information Arts has irrevocably achieved this. Harte-Hanks was the natural step forward for Information Arts’ expansion. After an intense decade committed to the growth of the company, I am now at a point where I want to take some quality time out with my family and move on to new ventures,” commented Lawrence.
