Cartridge World has appointed Tangerine PR and Juice Digital to manage its national press office and social media activity.

The retailer first approached Tangerine in May last year to handle the PR activity for its new store openings.

The Manchester agency and its sister firm Juice have now developed a PR campaign dubbed 'CV sorted', which will see Cartridge World franchisees across the country offer to print CVs for free for people actively seeking employment.

Jo Dudley, account director at Tangerine PR, said: "We’ve developed a strong working relationship with Cartridge World and to now be given the opportunity to manage the national press office and social media activity for this established retail brand is a great coup for us.

"CV Sorted is a positive local community campaign to kick start the year with and we look forward to seeing the public’s response to this and many of the other creative ideas we have planned for Cartridge World throughout 2012."
