The Commonwealth Games Federation is to instigate an independent strategic review of its operations, intended to ensure its branding and communications remain relevant through to 2022.

It follows the appointment of HRH Prince Imran as CGF President and coincides with a reappraisal of the organisations vision, objectives, organisation and funding.

CGF CEO Mike Hooper said: “We are delighted to have secured the services of pmplegacy. It is a leader in its field. We know that the project team will do an excellent job for us, as we look to shape the future direction of the CGF”.

Review findings will be published at the CGF general assembly in Uganda in September.
